Damaged car after car service was done

I took my car in for service in Peugeot Northcliff on the 6-05-2021 and I was the first one to arrive at the dealership because when I booked it in they assured me it would take around 4 hours to be serviced completely, I waited till for 4 hours and left for at least another 3 hours but still my car wasn’t done , I spent the entire day off I had from work there when they gave me the car at 17:00 my car had an engine light and I was asked to return the car the next morning which I did but apparently there is no job card for that day as a result my air-con compressor is not working anymore and they removed the catalytic converter just so the car does not show the engine light anymore , my car now sounds like an old truck and it uses so much more petrol than before . When I reported the aircon compressor the service lady had the never to tell me that they will charge me R1100 to check the car , mind you none of these things had problem before I had my car serviced , I am honestly appalled at the service I received not to mention the frustration I am experienced out of this .
