Customer unsatisfactory

Bought a car part east london Peugeot, using Vin number, they ordered on arrival of the part I told the guy assisting me that this is not the correct part. He insisted that I take it to the mechanic and it was confirmed its wrong. When I return it sealed with receipt they did not accept it.
