Citroen SA - Key delta Pinetown

Worst experience ever....My Wife bought a 2019 Citroen C3 shine from CMH Citroen Umhlanga last year 2020. Demo model. The car has less than 20 000km now. It broke down, and it looks like they have to replace the engine. we dropped the car at Key Delta Pinetown (also useless)...more than 2 weeks ago. I have been fighting for a courtesy car for my wife. They have given every excuse under the sun as to why they can't give her one. Yet their own policy states under the 5 year / 100 000 they will give a courtesy car. https://www.citroen.co.za/aftersales/citroen-serenity.html . Its right there on the website, and the documents we received when purchasing the car. But here we are over 2 weeks later with no end in sight as to when we will get the car back, and still telling us there is no courtesy car.

I will never recommend a Citroen car to anyone, purely because of the terrible ofter sales support. Key delta should also be named and shamed since they the agents with the car right now, and have done absolutely nothing to help us. Even got my wife to do the chasing up with Citroen SA.

Everything is a latent lie....its right there ion the website....Courtesy car. Don't ever buy a Citroen or every support Key delta Pinetown.
