Citroen key replaced, Now windows dont work!!!!!

My car went into Citroen 2 weeks ago, because my car keys was broken. After a lot of fighting and really bad service (They never call you back) I got my car back on Friday. Suddenly my windows aren't working! There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car except that they keys broke. Citroen refuses to take responsibility, saying they can only take my word that my windows were working. I offered to produce witnesses (Insurance company etc.) but they refuse to fix my problem, until I agree to pay R800 p/hour labor for them to find the fault! This is unacceptable! What am I suppose to do? I spoke to Keran at Citroen head office, and he says its a problem between me and the branch, they wont interfere!!!
