Citroen Hatfield Most Unhelpfull Branc

<p>Booked my DS4 in for a service and a checkup at Citroen Hatfield. Told them that the car had a miss fire sometimes and that it had a knocking sound when you leave the gas (loose mounting). They ended up replacing something else (non problem related) . Received the car back after 3days with all the same problems!!! <br />After contacting Citroen SA to complain about the lack of service. Got a call back a day later saying the replaced parts is at the branch, we can go and check if its faulty. But they can't give me an answer on why the same faults is still there. <br />Now after a week the car started making a funny blowing sound!!!</p> <p>This is the reason why Citroen has such a bad rep in South Africa. </p>
