Citroen and their costly car repairs and terrible customer care

My Citroen ds3 always has engine problems even though it has almost 80000 kms on clock. If its not the timing chamber, then its the replacement of water pump now its something to do with my water and oil mixing? car currently in for more than a week no response from Citroen after many calls and emails with regards to status of my car repair. Very Annoyed and irritated!! Terrible customer care and most expensive car I have ever had. This brand is not recommended.
