Case 326960 Peugeot SA

My car went to Fourways Peugeot on 17 November after a headlight was replaced after an accident. A warning light was triggered and the dealership had to fix it.
As previously experienced the part that had to be replaced was not in the country and had to be imported-even though their website stipulate that they have R35 millions rand's worth of spares in the country...
I lodged a complaint at Peugeot SA on on 03.12.15 Case number 326960.
No feedback received from Customer relations manager between 23 December and 11 January 2016
On 11 January I was informed that a technical expert will be visiting the dealership to assist with the problem as the dealership was unable to fix the car.
On 15 January I am now told that the technical expert will only look at the reports before he visits the vehicle.
The car has been at the dealership for almost two months with no progress as to the issue and no/little/misleading feedback received from Peugeot SA customer care manager.
