Car been in since the 21st December for a clutch!

On the 21st of December we towed our Peugeot Partner in to Peugeot Pine-town <br> Reg ND714268 <br> The clutch broke bare in mind the car has 115000KM On the clock. <br> Peugeot SA had to send a clutch plate to Pine-town.<br> Peugeot apparently ordered the clutch plate on the 22nd of December <br> On the 28th of December we spoke to a Zanele at the customer care centre who said she would sort it out.<br> On the 4th of January we were advised the clutch had arrived... <br> Today is the 7th and the car is still not done. <br> It takas a matter of 7-8 Working days for parts to arrive from a main centre.. <br> This service is unacceptable!
