Breach of Consumer Protections Act

I went to but a Citroen C5 aircross in Peugeot Boksburg and I was very clear that I want to buying a new. The guy told us that the car is discounted and we went ahead with the deal only after bank approval we get told that this is a demo car with 5000km. The Manager by the name of David gave us a lot of attitude, not willing to own up to their deceiving selling style and making excuses.

In terms of Consumer Protections Act, the consumer is entitling to the price and the product that was sold to them. This dealership does not comply with the Act and refuses to follow it.
