Brand New Peugeot 208 giving me problems

This is specifically for the Peugeot Menlyn garage for treating me like ****. I haven’t had my car for a couple of days now because it wouldn’t start, they came and took the car. I’ve since been asking them for an update, calling them with my airtime only for the lady in the service department I didn’t get her name to give me attitude, like I’m bothering for wanting my car. First of all my car is still working warranty, I got the car a week ago a brand new car and it’s already giving me problems. On top of that they want to charge me R4.5 for what ? It’s not my fault they sold me a ****ty car. I’m not paying ****. I’m not a difficult person. That lady really ruined my day honestly , she even hang up on me. Whoever your name is if you don’t like your job just quit instead of being an awful person.
