BRAND NEW -2MONTH OLD CAR-BURNT CLUTCH

Friday the 20th Nov, was on my way to Lanseria airport , just passing Cosmo city , the gears and clutch was not working in the middle of the road and then i had to try to change it nothing was happening , pulled to side of the road bus stop and then got Peugeot assist to come out and tow the car , after 4 days at four ways , now they come back and say that clutch is burnt due to wear and tear of a 2 months old car , that has just over 3000ks, they was no signs of clutch going as i drove those months , had a Peugeot before that no issues, had a mini cooper s and mini cooper s coupe and no clutch burning issues , say due to driving style which is bull **** , the only time the clutch was smelling is the day the incident happen , i drive from work and back , don't drive distances.now the passing the buck a brand new car , unacceptable , i have NOOOOO history of ever burning clutches with any of my cars and been driving the same way all these years . Yes clutch will be burnt because of the incident and smell as well on friday. I don't care about reports etc at the end of the day a BRAND NEW CAR cannot have wear and tear on clutch after 2 months and just over 3000ks .
