Booked test drive but it never happened.

Good day, I have booked a test drive with one of your new cars, cause on your social pages it states that when you book a test drive, you will be entered into a competition where you could win one of three cars.

I went onto Facebook and did book a test drive, on Monday, someone tried to phone me but I was too slow to answer my mobile, I then phoned back, to find out that the call came from your reception in Boksburg, Gauteng, as the nearest dealer is in Boksburg where I stay.

I explained to the receptionist that I want come and do the test drive and I explained about the competition, for some reason she couldn't understand what I was talking about and put me through to the 2nd hand department, I then ended the call.

Please take note that when you guys do a promotion or competition, please inform your staff about it, as it will safe you a lot of drama.

I still want to do the test drive but until now, no one has even bothered to phone me back, all information I got is when I talked to someone on Facebook messenger, to me that is not customer service, if you continue on this Trent, you will chase away customers.
