BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH

I have never been so frustrated in my life!!! Had a problem with my Peugeot 308 Active since the 15th December 2018. Issue was the clutch when changing gears it won't return - i had to pull it with my toe, engine light, and hesitation when i accelerate. I immediately phoned Peugeot SA and i took the vehicle to Peugeot Northcliff. The dealer told me that they ordered parts and they'll tell me when they arrive and they'll fit them immediately. Parts were fitted but the problem with hesitation when i accelerate was still there. They have involved the Technical Department to intervene twice until PCSA warranty advised to replace the engine. Was told by Peugeot SA and the Dealer (Peugeot Northcliff) that PCSA warranty have advised that they must replace the engine and there are requirements that are needed by PCSA warranty which were proof of 3 last service that were done and the brand/type of oil that was used. (Was sent the communication between PCSA Warranty and the Dealer about replacing the engine and these requirements that were needed). Service Manager at the dealer told me that he had sent all that PCSA warranty needs, now they going to place an order for an engine. Two weeks after that communication I was told by Peugeot SA that the order hasn't been placed - they cannot find the order number but issue has been escalated by PCSA warranty to France.

I have escalated this issue with the owner of the dealer (Northcliff) Karl-Hernz and i never got a response.

This morning i just got an update from Peugeot SA that PCSA warranty have re-escalated the issue to Technical Department to intervene, i mean how pathetic??? for the third time this issue is going back to Technical Department to intervene before they send it to France.

I HAVE BEEN PATIENT&UNDERSTANDING FOR SO LONG AND I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE
