BAD SERVICE FROM PEUGEOT EL

Purchased a vehicle through Peugeot EL, only to find out upon inspection of the vehicle via Renault (which they recommended for the service) the vehicle was in an accident and this was NOT DISCLOSED.

After a hefty back and forth with the saleswoman (Leona Lloyd) & manager (Brandon Robertson) they finally opted to replace the vehicle. We sent a mechanic to view and inspect the replacement vehicle before making the commitment only to find out the replacement vehicle was full of issues as well.

Paperwork was then signed to cancel the deal (of which I have copies) - however the settlement on the vehicle has still not been paid and they do not respond to emails and calls. The collected the vehicle we originally purchased at the end of October, beginning November, and we have had no communication from them since then regarding the settlement except when I called one day insisting on the documents.

This is utterly ridiculous since this is affecting my credit record & I get countless daily phonecalls from my bank about unpaid installments for a vehicle I no longer own and which is back on the market (how they are still selling this car despite the countless problem is beyond me).

All the staff you try to get a hold of is either sick, out for the day or out on test drives.
