Bad service from Peugeot

Peugeot is a great car to drive provided you don't have a problem being without a car for more than 6 weeks. Their service is extremely poor and they do not respond to calls or messages left. More than 30 calls made (and I have proof of this) and still no solution to our problem). Even the Customer care centre does not respond. To get to higher management is impossible. Apparently parts have been ordered from France but in today's modern technology, nobody can inform us whether the parts have left France or is on the way!!!
