Bad service and ********** behaviour from the Peugeot Hatfield pretoria

<p>Peugeot Hatfield Pretoria.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a temperature sensor at peugeot hatfield branch in Pretoria recently only to find out that the sensor does not fit in the system anymore becasue peugeot SA has changed the whole sytem requiring me to buy the whole thing( system) not only certain parts as it has been before. This information was held from us at the time the sensor was bought by the sales person and the manager of the dealership knowing we would come back as the sensor would not fit and the money would have been payed and would not be refunded as they have a clause that says that electrical parts won't be taken back for refund.</p> <p> the manager was very rude when he was confronted about this and refused to give back the money for the sensor. Now im stuck with a piece of metal that is useless and my car is still not fixed. This clearly shows that the branch manager and his sales person a running a ********** business and they scheme people out of their money by withholding valuable information regarding sales they make to their customers. they fail to advice their customers accordingly before they make a sale. The only thing they are interested in is to get money from customers and they don't have respect and intergrity to deal with customers. They lack customer care and this is not acceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since send an email to peugeot SA and requested help to get my money back and alert them of this matter and awaiting a response from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please be aware of this as you deal with such people.
