Bad service

To Whom it may concern. I bought a Peugeot 2008 (EY012234) from Fourways as a demo model on 26/03/2015 with 17000 km on the clock. I had it serviced on 20079 km in Cape Town on the 13/04/2015. The car is currently at Peugeot Northcliff for a service and they told me there is no motor plan (I have a Premier plan which I extended to 100000km). I phoned the sales person ZonnyJoffe a couple of times and the only response I get is: he is waiting for head office or he handed it over to his manager. I had to phone head office myself. Peugeot Northcliff is now waiting for the motor plan to be activated so they can carry out the service and repairs. I really think this is terrible service from Peugeot and I hope to get a quick response back. Regards Werner Nortje<br> ***
