Bad service

I took my Peaugot 307 for a minor service as it was due for one,they quoted me other things including a clutch kit which they said is not operating smoothly and when I told them to stick to the minor service,they did something to the car and a day later my clutch was not working.When I took the car back to them they denied doing something to the car.When I asked them to fix what they messed up,they then played hide and sick telling me they did quote me for the clutch kit but i denied the quote.I told them that the was nothing wrong with the clutch when I took the car in for the service and why would it break a day after service was done.They wanted me to pay R13.000 for the clutch kit of which R7000 was for labour,which I found ridiculous.Their service is really bad.
