bad respons and service

No feedback on progress and charge me for work without my knowledge or my acceptance. When i phone them they cant even tell me the proses of my car or work done on it. I'm really up to my neck sick of stories. I drop my car of on a Monday afternoon and was phoned a hour later to let me know i can pick my car up the next day at 12:30 PM when i phoned the next morning to arrange the payment they were still busy with my car and they will come back to me. Untill today no 1 hase phoned me. When i phoned today the people who is working on the car arent even on site and cant tell me what is going on its been a week from today that im still waiting for respons.
