Bad customer service

I took my car in on the 08 January 2016 at 07h30 in the morning, I specifically told the guy that was assisting me that my contact details have changed and gave him the correct one, my car was ready for collection around. 14h00 but I was not informed, I made several calls to peugeot to find out if the car was ready but the receptionist was equally useless as she kept saying she'll check and get the person responsible to call me, that didn't happen until I decided to go there and found my car on the sun without being notified that it was done! I'm very disappointed with peugeot northcliff their service is appaulling and no one bothered to apologize.
