Bad customer service
On the 4th of January I took my car for service at Peugeot Tygervalley and the vehicle was able to drive on its own on the same day while the vehicle was still at the workshop I was told that there where some parts that needed to be replaced and I was supposed to pay an additional amount on top of the amount that was charged for the actual service so I asked not to replace those parts as I didn't have money at that moment to do so. So the car came back home on the same day without any problems. Saturday afternoon when I was driving from V&A Waterfront on our way home the car started malfunctioning it overheated and the engine started to make funny noises and I stopped to the garage to check for oil and water then I drove again then the clutch stopped and I got stuck in the middle of nowhere I had to get car towed back home. Then Saturday night I sent an email to the workshop addressing the matter I was told to have the car towed back to their workshops they will refund me as I had to pay out of my own pocket for the towing so I was instructed to give the invoice once I was at the workshop. So the car was towed back in their workshop on the 8th of Jan and I was told to speak to JP or Mark when I arrive at the workshop. To cut the story short the car was not fixed instead the mechanics requested for more money which I don't have to fix the problem and they refused to take ownership of their wrong doings on my car. I didn't even get the refund back from Peugeot when I called in the switch board operator said she will ask JP to contact me back. JP contacted me back yesterday stating that I will not getting any refund as he does not have any knowledge about that and he was so unprofessional along the whole process of fixing my car.
