Bad Customer Experience

<p>I took my car to peugeot fourways on Monday 19th June to get my car keys fixed and second set made. I got a phone call from them on Monday at 2:30 advising that my car had broken down and will not be getting it back that day. They could not disclose the causes of the breakdowns or when it will be fixed. I got another phone call the next day advising that there was something wrong with the gear and needed to R3800. This kind of service is disgusting and I have no idea on whatelse was done to my car and today still no further updates on this matter. This type of behaviour is ********* and God knows whatelse has been done to my car. Can this be stopped as customers have rights and being exploited. </p>
