Bad Customer Care

Booked my car in at Peugot Citröen Vanderbijlpark on the 3rd January. Had the car ( Citroen DS5) towed to the dealer on the 1st December to be precise. The car wouldn't start, so I took it in. I was advised what the issue was, and I was happy to have it fixed. My Warranty company had agreed to pay. Later on the 3rd I get a call that for the warranty to pay up they need pictures of the damaged parts, and to do that, my car would need to be stripped down. I then asked how long it takes to strip it down, and I was advised it takes 9.4 hours. So based on that, I agree to have the car stripped down for the pictures to be taken.

There's a lady I had been communicating to by the name of Maureen. Everytime I call in to check how they're doing on the car because it's been over 2 weeks now without a car, this lady gives me an attitude and hangs up while we still talking. Her way of speaking to me was very very unpleasing. I'm actually feeling bad for calling in to find out about MY car which has been long overdue. Also they not even calling me back to give me updates, I have to call them everytime only for this lady to give me a stinking attitude. I can't even get a courtesy car during this period because since the day enquired about it until today still, no courtesy car is available for me to use. I'm very unhappy with they're service and will be taking my car to a different dealer going forward.
