Bad attitude and very bad service

I have experienced worse customer service from Peugeot Centurion Select, servise advisor who introduced herself as annemarie was not willing to resolve any of my complain after I came there to collect my vehicle. Amongst other things i was not happy and not satisfied with all the work that was carried out, my vehicle was returned dirty, the service book was not stamped either. That service adviser was having a bad attitude towards me let alone refusing to address all my concerns regarding my vehicle. As a vehicle owner you know your vehicle, you know when something is wrong. I have picked up that this annemarie knows nothing about her work and on how to treat and address her work related issues. I reported the matter to service manager but still no responce.
