AVOID Peugeot Northcliff

I traded in my old car on March 2015. It was not transferred out of my name and I received a speeding fine in August 2015. When I tried to sort out the problem I was sent from one person to another due to high staff turnover. No one would phone me back, no one followed up. They could not find the paper work. I am still struggling to get some one to sort it out. AVOID!
