Audi A5 problems

i took ownership last week thursday Audi A5 I bought from your dealership. I reported a few problems on the vehicle and have a report from another dealership to confirms the problems. I keep hearing excuses from the saleman and seem as management is too scared to call me as I have been waiting since monday for a manager to call me! I want this car sorted out asap else I'm taking this car to Audi and will send your dealer the bill!
