Amazing Staff, most helpful

A few days ago, a gentleman waved me down in traffic and brought to my attention that my rear back tyre appeared wobbly and as though it could possibly shoot loose if I drove any further, he advised me to proceed to the Peugeot Northcliff Branch, upon doing so, I was greeted by two exceptionally helpful staff members, I explained that I was afraid to drive home with the tyre being in that state, they immediately moved my vehicle into their workshop,removed the tyre, investigated the cause of the problem, set the tyre firmly inplace for me and assured me that I could now make my journey home safely-With no cost. Considering the fact that my vehicle was not purchased from the Northcliff branch, nor falls under any service warranty from them, is testament to the fact that Peugeot Northcliff consists of a stellar staff compliment who go the extra mile, and assisting people in distress. These gentlemen whose names I regrettably failed to note, where clearly busy with other duties as I arrived as it was nearing the end of the business day. They could easily have sent me off to the nearest fitment centre, but chose to assist me with great concern instead. What an amazing team.
