Almost 3 months to service my car! BAD ATTITUDE!

My car has been at Peugeot Pinetown for almost 3 months. I have been phoning regularly for any updates on my car and it feels like trying to squeeze water out of a rock. When i call the reception, most of the time there is nobody who can help me so they take a message. Those messages have never ever been returned. When i went down to the service place they still had no information for me and promised me an update 2 days later. I have not yet received an update . I need my Peugeot back so that i can sell it because owning one has been the worst experience of my life.
