Absolutely Appalling handling of Engine Overheating complaint

Following a call from Peugeot SA yesterday with a promise to keep me updated I have not yet received any feedback from the customer service section that called me yesterday morning.

I hope I will receive your attention today and have a car by midday today. This has gone on far too long.

Yesterday afternoon at 16:57 Jaco from Peugeot Isando said he had no idea of what was promised to me on Friday last week about a courtesy car and feedback by This past Monday. Another indication of the lack of communication not just to me, but among themselves at Peugeot Isando or they just playing the blame came and stringing me along.

He further added that he could not give me a decision on the courtesy car because his manager was not in yesterday and will revert back to me this morning.

I just finished with Jaco on the phone and he told me that he cannot assist me with a courtesy vehicle because there are none available.

I find this highly insulting. I then suggested that a car should be sourced from another dealership or Peugeot SA.

If I have no answer by 11:00 today I will escalate the matter.

May I remind you that Ford just recalled another of their models implicated in an engine overheating malfunction.

I can promise you this will make news if I am stuck with no car as of midday today.

Lastly I now want all documents pertaining to this matter, all the paper work that has been done so far, diagnostic reports, job cards, authorizations and parts requisitions everything by midday today.

I trust this will receive your utmost attention!

Regards
Charlene Mapukata
**********

Sent from my iPhone
