Traumatic experience from beginning to end. Avoid.

This was a horrific experience from beginning to end. The original quote was disregarded once I had paid a non refundable deposit.The quote based on the dog sizes was disregarded because Pet Port told me that both the domestic and international airlines decided on same day that both dogs needed a bigger crate (see other reviews, this is a reoccurring theme) the yellow package i was quoted on didn't cover cover UK so I was moved to a more expensive package. I was constantly misled and given false information.

Pet Port missed 2 flights so my dogs had to return to kennels in JHB twice, unbelievably for the 2nd flight they turned up 2 hours late at the airport. But the time my dogs arrived in the UK I had paid double the original quote, I was traumatized and my beloved German Shepherd had a terrible limp. She is not the same dog.

Awful, just a really really awful experience.
