Export of my 2 dogs from South Africa to Canada
I would love to share my experience with PETport. From the very beginning, from receiving the quote right through to actually flying my pets, the entire experience was phenomenal. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and reassuring. Our Move Manager, Yvette, was absolutely amazing. She was there every step of the way and patiently answered all of my questions — and there were a lot! She constantly reassured us and kept us updated throughout the entire journey, from Durban all the way to Toronto. I honestly can’t express how grateful I am to Yvette for making such a stressful and scary move feel that little bit more manageable. Knowing that my pets were being looked after and that I had someone keeping me informed made such a huge difference. I would highly recommend PETport to anyone needing to relocate their pets. Thank you so much to Yvette and the entire team!

Petport is amazing!
Alta and the team from Petport are truly magnificent. Alta assisted me with all my queries and concerns timeously and the team behind the relocation were amazing. They were extremely gentle when collecting him as he is just a kitten. They kept me informed every step of the way with messages and pictures and my cat looked so calm and comfortable the entire time. Moving a pet is so stressful but Petport gave me the reassurance I needed. Definitely recommend!

Petport is amazing!

Very friendly and efficient staff and service
Absolutely loved PETport! Very efficient and communication was amazing. My doggy was moving from South Africa to the UK and he got here safe and sound and Happy most of all. He loved the staff he was with while boarding for a few days over the weekend. They also kept us updated every step of the way with photos as well. He had a custom crate which was big enough for him to move around in with a water and food bucket too. I'm extremely glad to have gone with PETport and if ever need in the future will definitely use them again.

Fantastic, efficient and compassionate!
Amazing to deal with a Company that has such professionalism and compassion. They were truly everything we could wish for and besides doing their duty and looking after our little Zella, Bianca was prompt and kind in responding to all my questions and concerns. She started a Watts App group as soon as Zella was en route and kept us informed at every step. She even messaged at 9pm when she had the final customs clearance done. We could not h=be happier with the experience. Thanks Guys !

Bad Agent
Asked for a quote and Yvette gave me incorrect information and refused yo accept responsibility for her mistake or apologize. Kept trying to FORCE me into another direction. I asked for her Manager and she ghosted me. Unprofessional. Will not be using you!!
