Introduced to Simone of Petport by UK Agent. Simone dealt with all import paperwork while Jacques dealt with state vet and customs clearance at Cape Town airport. Simone stayed in contacted throughout the whole period and took ownership when the import office faltered with great skill and perseverance. Simone has always professional and friendly. Jacques met us on time to collect the dogs at Cape Town airport and was very flexible. Both Simone and Jacques showed great care with the movement of our dogs from the UK to CT.
