Relocation South Africa to Doha

If you go PETport, you will not go wrong! Nicole was absolutely amazing from the start to the end. She was so patient with me, explained every single step to me and in the end when the nerves started to kick in Nicole will sent me a email reassuring me and instantly calming me down again. There were not one problem with the paperwork or preparation because Nicole made sure every single document was correct. We had a little speed bump on the road the day before our babies needed to be checked in (this was not on PETport's side), Nicole phoned me immediately and explained what was going on and was on top of the problem right away. Nicole, the PETport team and Qatar Airways got it sorted within hours. Honestly that was the only valid stressful moment I had since our journey started in July with PETport. Wayne from PETport collected our babies from our home and he also explained every single step for the next few days. He also kept me updated the whole time and sent me pictures of my babies. Wayne was also amazing with my 3 kids at handled them like they were his own, and poor Wayne had to survive my Blue Heelers barking and moaning in the Van for more that a hour on the way to the kennels without complaining and just laughing about it. PETport lives up to their slogan...."It's not just business, it's personal." Thank you PETport for getting our babies safe from South Africa to Doha!!!!
