Relocation of adult cat from Dubai to Johannesburg and Cape Town

Petport assisted locally with the relocation of my persian cat from Dubai to Johannesburg. I have the highest regard for Samantha and her team for their professional, timeous and friendly service in clearing Grey through customs and then delivering her to my daughter’s hom in Randburg, which was to be her home for 3 months until I could collect her in July. She was in perfect health on delivery and adapted very quickly. Everyone I dealt with from the initial quote to the delivery of my fur baby were always courteous, quick to respond and very caring. Once I arrived back in the country, I once again contacted Petport to assist with the relocation of Grey from Johannesburg to Cape Town. This time I worked with Shana and her team from the Cape Town branch. Once again I was extremely impressed by their efficiency and knowledge about the process. They immediately supp**** me with a wealth of information and covered all the bases in relocating my kitten to Cape Town. Shana communicated with me throughout on Grey’s whereabouts and I am extremely grateful to both the Johannesburg and Cape Town teams for their caring attitude and efforts in securing the welfare of my kitten at all times.
