Professional and great service

What an experience. Pets are children, and let's face it relocating pets are just as stressful for owners as they are for the pets. I was assigned to Yvette and she was wonderful. The pets fly, which beats 2 days on the road any day! A little hiccup with traffic and they missing their check-in, but PetPort went all the way out and got them another flight for the same day and I was kept up to date all the way. When they were on board, when the flight departed, a few times while they were flying to say where they were, when the Pet Handler was leaving the AirPort. The 2 handlers they used for us were clearly good at their job. Phoenix is extremely hard to handle, she stresses out, and even bit my mother 3 times. But did nothing when the handler took her, as calm as a baby. It turned out to be her birthday too, and got a special birthday message for her from Yvette. You can clearly see it's pet *****s working here. My only regret is that I didn't use Petport the first time my babies relocated.
