Poor service, unprofessional, non-responsive

Do not use this company to transport your pet.

The service provided is unprofessional, there is no escalation process (to deal with emergencies!), there is no transparency on the process and their pricing, the agents are non-responsive and unhelpful.

Petport made transporting our pet to another country exponentially more stressful and emotional.

Strongly not recommended.
