Poor communication! Animals still not on the way

Having arrived in Auckland I requested that my animals be sent over and that is where it has come to a grinding half. It has been 2 weeks and instead of a fly date we have waited for documents to miraculously turn up (they did with no help from PETport). I asked that the dogs please be sent on ahead and to not hold up their departure because of the cats documentation! That hasn’t happened and only now is the next step with the state vet being done. So instead of my animals being about to depart I have another 6 weeks ahead of me. Not a happy customer!
