Petport staff exceeding customer experience and expectations!

This might be a bit late but I still feel the need to post this.

September of this year my dog had to be transported from Pretoria down to Cape town.

This was extremely stressful as I have not visited him in almost 2 years! Now I was really skeptic about the dog flying and how much stress he will go through seeing that he is a Pomeranian and they do not handle stress well speaking from experience as I have lost one pet before.

However due to Samantha and Nadine the entire process was fantastic!!!! from the beginning to the end.

I am so happy that they helped me and my fiance during this and I will highly recommend those 2 ladies to be in charge of any Petport customers as they know 100% how to handle customers and they are extremely professional and friendly!!

Well done Petport for an absolute amazing experience.
