Absolutely fantastic, personalised and caring service from start to finish. Leigh, Shana, Griffin and Wayne were incredible, kept us updated all the way, shared pics of Echo in his travel crate, reassured us and most importantly took amazing care of him throughout the 2-leg journey from Cape Town to Durban via Johannesburg. There is no more we could have asked for, everything was exceptional.
