PETPort pet relocation from South Africa

We chose PETPort from recommendation from a friend that had relocated her pets from Botswana to the UK.

We had regular updates about our pet from when it left our hands; while it was in the kennels; and during every milestone of its travels from SA to Switzerland and finally to the UK.

The paperwork and vet check and customs clearance at Heathrow was very quick. We had been given an estimated time of these checks to be completed between 4hrs to 6hrs on even more and it only took 3,5hrs.
