Petport excellent service from Evans

Overall experience was many months of promises that never came to fruition until my internal agent was changed to Evans Pebane. I highly recommend requesting him if you are using the Johannesburg branch as he is fabulous. He took over my account when I was very upset and immediately organized my furkids a flight. He is extremely caring and really listened to my complaint and went the extra mile to help us.

The kenneling facilities are secure and clean and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. My 3 kitties travelled very well and were well cared for with updates the whole way.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I had to complain due to my previous internal agent told me loads of stories and delayed everything by 3 months. The price did change quite a bit due to the delays caused by Petport.
