Getting our 2 doggie children from Johannesburg to Ireland on a commercial flight and through all the red tape during Covid to Ireland was incredible.

Kendal went above and beyond in every way possible - WhatsApping me and answering all my million questions and even sorting out everything at 12am on a Sunday morning - you are an exceptional human Kendal- I can’t thank you enough!

Kendal updated me every step of the way especially after our babies were collected. Tracking the flight at odd hours of the day.
