Petport

<div>So we transported our 6 animals from Jhb to Cape Town using Petport. We paid in advance and everything was fine until my Jack Russel arrived and was taken out of her cage and she was injured. She could not walk. Her back legs were just lame. The guy dropping the animals off assured me she was fine when he picked her up at the airport, so obviously it happened in the vehicle. I took my doggie to the vet straight away and then the next few days aswell. I called Petport the next day and they were so caring., but that's where it stopped. My doggie still can't walk properly, but she's a bit better. I asked them to pay my vet bill, as I paid them over R15000 to transport my pets and its the least they could do. My bill was R1700. They only wanted to pay half, which was a slap in the face. I refused the half payment and now I don't hear from them. They also didn't even use my pet carrier and it was left behind in Jhb. I find their service, for the price, unacceptable. </div>
