********** service!!!
Please do not use PETport to transport your fur babies. They are useless... their admin is shocking and you will have to chase them every step of the way. I eventually cancelled our travel with them as the representative I was dealing with kept saying our cat was being transported to the US when we are in Canada. I didn’t have any faith in their ability to get my pet to me safely. Needless to say they refused to give me my R2600 deposit back. We

As per our telephone discussion,we confirm we have reviewed all email and phone recordings, at no point was there any discussion of Mimi to be sent to the USA. All bookings for Mimi's travel were in place, on 9/5/19 these were put on hold at your request when the final invoice was sent.

11 Sept 2019, 16:33Dear Alison, your last email rep**** to on 4th June has had no response to us and followed up telephonically 13/06/2019 to confirm with yourself that there was no discussion from us at all about sending Mimi to the USA. All our telephone recordings including our last call 13/6 have been reviewed.

11 Sept 2019, 18:03If you had spent this much effort responding to me while I was a client you may have received my business. You have NEVER phoned me. It has always been at my expense to contact you and I have the international call charges to show for it. I emailed Justine on the 11/7 & 26/7 and have had no response. Did you review the calls made to my Mom. Clarice told my Mom that my cat was going to the US via Frankfurt. Nobody cares at PetPort until you make a public complaint.

I have wasted enough of my time on PetPort trying to resolve the matter but I don’t have the emotional capacity to fight you for the R2600 anymore. Thank goodness there are other companies in South Africa to help people like me be reunited with their fur babies. I just wanted people to be aware of my awful experience and not to start a public to and fro. I wish you well.
