Great service!

During the lockdown period, my kitten was unable to fly from Johannesburg to Cape Town. The cattery that I bought the kitten from then arranged a road trip for kitty with PetPort. They drive your pets around the country. I had a great and positive experience with them. They were very friendly and professional. The only thing I can add in a somewhat negative tone, is that I think they could increase the amount of contact with the clients, and/or give us the driver's contact details. It was a stressful 3 days, but in the end all was good. Thank you PetPort for bringing my beautiful kitten to me in Cape Town!
