Good experience with PetPort

Petport got my kitty from South Africa to the US. They responded promptly to every single email that I sent. The airline rejected my crate, and Petport had a backup ready to go so that my cat wouldn't miss his flight. When my initial agent became unexpectedly unavailable, Refiloe stepped in seamlessly. She kept me updated every step of the way and checked in to make sure that he had made it through customs without any issues. I would definitely recommend them.
