Excellent service. They did everything possible to ensure our cat got reunited with us in India after we left SA 6 months ago. They went above and beyond to get required paperwork sorted. I would recommend them but you need to be patient and understanding. My advice is do not leave things until the last minute when it comes to getting paperwork required for flying your pet oveseas.
