Excellent Service from PETport.

I had the pleasure of Dealing with Louise in the CT Branch. She was so so helpful, understanding and caring. This was during the lead up to my animals being collected from PMB to be flown to JHB. She re-assured me about the process and explained how things work, she was also wonderful with helping me with all the documentation that needed to be done and assisted me with the NZ side of things when i was not sure what to do, PETport and Dogtainers NZ are co-ordinating and handling all the import procedure in NZ, making the process smooth between SA and NZ. But because of the Time difference between the two countries its wonderful to have someone like Louise willing to assist where they can. The time came for my cats to be collect and Petports Driver Wayne arrived first thing in the morning, he was so patient with my cats. I had put them in a room the night before to ensure we could find them when the time came for them to be fetch and loaded. When he entered the room with the boxes for them , he did not rush them, he patiently gave them some time to sniff the boxes and relax a little, my one cat got a little freaked out and he suggested we put in one of my sons shirts (as Squeak is his baby) to calm him and it worked a charm. I can definitely say i felt my cats where in good hands. On their flight to JHB the plane unfortunately encountered bad weather and were unable to land for quite some time and re-directed to Lanceria, I was kept up to date the entire time and PETport then redirected their drivers to Lanceria to collect my babies. The plane then was re-directed back again to JHB and all the time i was kept up to date and reassured about my babies. They where whatsapping me updates the entire time and phoned to confirm that the cats were settled at BKC Pet Boarding at 10.30pm in the evening! The following morning i received pics of the babies, they were very happy Cats. I would highly recommend PETport for anyone relocating with their fur babies.
