Excellent Service by PetPort

We have recently emigrated to the UK, with our 5 dogs, and would have been totally lost without PetPort. They were absolutely wonderful, making it an easy journey for us. We left SA at the beginning of December, expecting the 5 dogs to follow a few weeks later, but that didn't happen due to limited number of pets allowed to enter the UK. One of our dogs arrived mid January and the other 4 ten days ago, on the first semi-chartered flight for pets, from SA. I cannot express how grateful I am to PetPort for arranging this with Qatar Airways. Kendal especially, she was fantastic, keeping us informed at all times, going beyond the call of duty. I think she was as emotional as we were when they finally joined us.
