Excellent service

Just amazing!!!!

I moved with my 2 doggies from the Netherlands to South Africa and used Petport on SA's side. I worked with Simone and she was just excellent. I was very nervous but with Simone the communication was open, friendly and extremely quick. She was always available and willing to help and anwer any of my non stop questions. I encountered some issues on Netherlands side and Simone was quick to have all the necessary paper work ready to continue with the import. They were cleared after 10 pm when they landed and Petport still assisted with delivery of my doggies to my home. They are just amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
